Isabel 6 allows you to exchange information with other users easily, as soon as the optional MultiSign module has been activated. You can therefore ensure that the counterparties added by one colleague are visible and can be used by other Isabel 6 users also.

In order to work efficiently, it is important to set up the Isabel 6 Preferences screen appropriately. Please ensure that counterparties will be 'shared' between users. If each user included in the subscription selects Shared, any newly added counterparty will be visible for all of the users.

How to go about it?

1. Start Isabel 6 and click on Preferences in the bottom left-hand corner of the main screen.
   
   
   
2. Click on the third tab Transactions.
3. Choose Shared under menu Save new counterparty by default as: when you create or import a counterparty, it will be automatically visible for the other users (the default value is Personal). Choose Save afterwards.
