  • Call upon an Isabel Installation Partner for interventions on the spot (contact the Isabel Installation Partner of your choice).
    • Technical installation of software, readers, drivers;
    • Upgrades and migration to new PC;
    • Integration with an accounting system;
    • eGovernment applications (VAT return, withholding tax return, Dimona, etc.).
  • Should your card be lost or stolen, call Card Stop on +32 (0) 70 344 344 immediately. This service is available on a 24/7 basis in Belgium and abroad.
  • Finally, your bank is available to answer your questions regarding sales or administration. Examples:
    • Adding/deleting a user or bank;
    • Taking out a new subscription;
