My Isabel eInvoices

No more paper invoices!  Every Isabel customer with a 5.0 version whose company is located in Belgium receives a monthly electronic invoice, directly into his or her Isabel software.

An electronic invoice is not only free of charge and entirely legal, but moreover requires no modification of your infrastructure. It makes your administrative life much easier and can be directly integrated with your invoicing system.

Additional functions available via MyIsabel, the secure website reserved for Isabel’s customers:

  • Viewing your subscription’s monthly invoices
  • View of the appendices itemising the details for each user in the subscription (selected modules, connection times, etc)
  • Request for a duplicate
  • Managing access for your subscription to the Isabel invoicing platform
  • Printing invoices and appendices
  • Change of in-box into which the monthly electronic invoice must be sent

Are you still in paper mode and would like to move to the electronic era?

If your company is ready to receive our invoices in electronic format, we would invite you to let us know via our secure website, www.myIsabel.be. To do this, proceed as follows:

1.   Start your Isabel Business Suite 5.0 software and on the main screen, click on On-Line Functions - Isabel Web.

2.   Establish a connection. MyIsabel, the website reserved exclusively for Isabel customers, opens.

3.   Click in the left-hand menu on Register Me under the My Isabel eInvoices heading and follow the instructions.

You would like to receive Isabel’s invoices on paper…

We would then be obliged to claim additional charges from you amounting to 3.31 EUR excluding VAT per invoice sent by post. This amount would enable us to bear the extra processing costs of a special service that Isabel SA continues to provide for a very limited number of customers.
