Discovery Phase: Limited Access
First of all, a big thank you to all our customers who have asked to take part in the Isabel 6 Discovery Phase and have agreed to give us feedback on the installation and use of this new version.
We were agreeably surprised by the success that the Isabel 6 Discovery Phase has enjoyed and we are even obliged to dampen our customers’ zeal a little since we have received some 3,500 applications for participation whereas we were reckoning on 2,000 candidatures at most. As the available places have already been taken, we find ourselves obliged to filter the requests more strictly.
Conditions to be met
So the fact is that we will henceforth be accepting only customers wanting:
- To integrate Isabel with accountancy software certified for Isabel 6 (Centric, C-Logic, DeskSolutions, Microsoft Dynamics, Systemat, TopPower, Vanmarcke, Winbooks or Wings).
- To make payments meeting SEPA/XML standards.
Request handling
If you meet these conditions, your candidature will be put on the waiting list. Only after acceptance of your request by your bank(s), your accountancy software and Isabel - and only insofar as places become available – will we give it a favourable outcome.
For recall, during the Discovery Phase, we do not automatically copy the set-up of your Isabel Business Suite 5.0 subscription into Isabel 6 (number of users, optional modules selected, accounts in various banks, and so on). Everything has to be redefined in a new agreement before being manually configured in our servers. This is why we would like to warn you that these tedious administrative exercises require considerable patience and a lot of time.
Rejected candidatures
If you do not meet the pre-requisites, we would advise you to continue to work with Isabel Business Suite 5.0 until the new product becomes generally available.

Applying for candidature
With full knowledge of the facts, you would like to apply for candidature? Please contact your bank via this on line form that will inform you, within a week, about the contractual aspects, the available modules and the various possibilities.
The bank will invite you to come signing your Isabel 6 Pilot Agreement if your candidature has been accepted.
Within a week of signing your Isabel 6 Pilot Agreement, you should receive your card-reader through the post, along with a letter containing your temporary password and asking you, for security reasons, to go to your bank in order to collect your chip card.
