The Operations Department groups 70 people. Its mission is to offer our customers every day a smooth operation of our solutions. This team manages our data centers and our applications. It also provides client support to users. |

Isabel listens carefully to its customers via its Product Management, Sales, Go-To-Market and Customer Care Departments. Isabel staff in these areas provide the right solutions to satisfied Isabel customers via several channels. "Marketing & Sales are Isabel’s sensors and antennae. We listen to what’s going on in the marketplace and what end-users need are – then we analyse the complaints and requests that come in from Isabel customers and make adjustments to improve our solutions. Isabel works both proactively with Sales and reactively with an Account Team." |
