You are interested in electronic invoicing ? There are two possibilities available to you if you would like to subscribe to electronic Isabel Business Suite 5.0, the software that contains Isabel eInvoice in its basic package.

1)You are only interested in electronic invoicing? You can then subscribe to Isabel eInvoice for only 19.14 EUR excl. VAT per month* and choose your optional modules for the electronic invoicing.

2) Would you like to use a complete solution for your electronic transactions? Subscribe then to Isabel Business Suite 5.0 that contains Isabel eInvoice, Isabel eBanking and Isabel WebSign in its basic package. Your Digital Certificate and the secure connection over the Internet (using your own Internet subscription) are also included. 

The standard electronic invoicing modules are therefore free as they are covered by the 19.14 EUR excl. VAT per month* fee that you are already paying.

Connection charges

Direct connection

Dial-up is only required if you do not want to use the secure Internet connection included in the Isabel Business Suite package. Isabel charges the direct access connection (flat fee) and the direct access connection time charged is for each batch of connection time minutes used.
For this type of connection (e.g. by modem and POP or via a different channel), Isabel applies a fixed-rate connection charge.

Rates for users of obsolete chip cards (card versions issued before the Secure Signing Card)

Every user who still uses today an old version of chip cards (blue-grey chip card with marbled background) shall be charged an additional monthly maintenance fee of EUR 15.17* as from 01/09/2008 for maintenance cost if he/she has not migrated to the new Secure Signing Card before the end of the month.

As long as this upgrade is not carried out the subscription price for basic services shall be increased (per month and per user) by the maintenance fee specified here above. At all times, the user is able to order a Secure Signing Card via this website.

* In accordance with Art. 7 of the General Terms and Conditions relating to the Isabel products, Isabel is permitted to apply a price index mechanism twice a year (in January and July).
