All Belgian companies submit electronic VAT returns today.
INTERVAT, the application for the VAT declaration, was developed by the Federal Public Service Finance. For all questions regarding this application please get in touch with the Federal Public Service Finance.You can use your digital Isabel signature to securely sign and send your VAT return electronically.

A number of Isabel customers have testified.

It is also possible to submit the intra-Community deliveries (ex-VAT INTRA) and the annual customer listing (ex-VAT LIST) using the INTERVAT application, via both an XML-file and manual encoding.

How do you proceed?

1. Check whether your Isabel signature is ready for electronic VAT returns.
2. Follow the manual (pdf - in French) how to use your Isabel signature to sign electronic VAT declarations.

In case of problems

1. First test your Isabel signature.
